By accessing or using Esper One ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Esper One is a platform that generates video concept drafts from text prompts, URLs, and brand assets. The Service includes video generation, script creation, and related creative tools.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts.

4. Usage

• Access is provided to authorized users within your organization.
• Usage limits may apply per workspace. Contact your administrator for details.

5. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of all input content (prompts, logos, images) you provide.
• Generated videos are owned by your organization for internal and commercial use.
• You may not use generated content for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Share account credentials or resell access without authorization
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Video generation depends on third-party AI providers and may experience delays or temporary outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Esper One is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@espergrid.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
